As estrogen and progesterone levels naturally decline, many women experience symptoms that affect energy, mood, sleep, sexual health, body composition and overall quality of life.

Systemic options include transdermal estradiol patches, estradiol gel, spray or cream, and oral estradiol. For women whose symptoms are primarily vaginal or urinary, localized estrogen therapy — creams, inserts or a long-acting vaginal ring — may provide highly effective relief with minimal systemic exposure. Women who retain their uterus typically require progesterone alongside systemic estrogen.

For women who are not candidates for hormone therapy, effective non-hormonal prescription options are also available to help manage menopausal symptoms and improve quality of life.

Why isn't there a fixed price?

Your regimen — route, dose and whether progesterone or testosterone is included — is decided with your provider after reviewing your symptoms and labs, so pricing is confirmed once your plan is set.

What if I'm not a candidate for hormone therapy?

Certain medical conditions, such as a history of estrogen-sensitive cancers or clotting disorders, may make non-hormonal options more appropriate. SSRIs and SNRIs including paroxetine, venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine, escitalopram and citalopram have been shown to significantly reduce the frequency and severity of hot flashes.

How soon will I feel a difference?

Weeks 1–4: many women notice better sleep, steadier mood and fewer hot flashes or night sweats. Weeks 4–8: energy, mental clarity and well-being continue to improve and vaginal symptoms may begin to resolve. Months 2–3: meaningful improvements in quality of life and symptom control as hormone levels stabilize.
