Swipe Solutions LLC dba Saunatica operates a technology and administrative support platform. Saunatica is not the healthcare provider that diagnoses, treats, or prescribes. Independent licensed providers and the clinical platform maintain their own privacy practices and, where applicable, HIPAA Notices of Privacy Practices.
This page supplements those notices; it does not replace a notice issued by your provider or another HIPAA-covered entity.
How clinical information is handled
Health information entered for clinical evaluation is handled through the WLMD clinical platform and participating independent providers. Information may also be shared with a dispensing pharmacy when necessary to evaluate and fill a valid prescription.
When an organization handles protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA-covered entity as a business associate, HIPAA requires appropriate contractual safeguards, including a business associate agreement. Saunatica may receive limited administrative information needed to provide support, coordinate services, and administer the program.
Permitted uses and disclosures
Depending on the organization holding the information and applicable law, health information may be used or disclosed to:
- Provide and coordinate treatment.
- Operate and administer healthcare and platform services.
- Process authorized payment and billing activity.
- Support pharmacy dispensing and delivery.
- Protect health and safety or comply with law.
- Respond to your authorization or another legally permitted request.
Your health-information rights
Depending on HIPAA’s application and who maintains the designated record, rights may include requesting access or a copy, requesting a correction, requesting confidential communications or limits, requesting an accounting of certain disclosures, and filing a complaint without retaliation.

Privacy concerns
Contact support@saunaticarx.com with a Saunatica privacy concern. You may also complain directly to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. You will not be retaliated against for making a good-faith complaint.
