Scope
This notice applies to personal information controlled by Swipe Solutions LLC dba Saunatica. Certain medical information governed by HIPAA or California medical privacy laws may be exempt from some CCPA provisions while remaining protected under those other laws.
California rights
If the CCPA applies, rights may include:
- Knowing the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected.
- Knowing sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Requesting deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correcting inaccurate personal information.
- Opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information.
- Receiving equal service and pricing when exercising a right.
Sale, sharing, and sensitive information
Saunatica does not sell protected health information. Saunatica does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive health-related information only for requested services, permitted operational purposes, security, and legal compliance.
If these practices change, Saunatica will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by law. Legally recognized browser-based privacy signals will be handled as required by applicable law.
Submit a request or opt-out instruction
Email support@saunaticarx.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, limitation, or opt-out. Because Saunatica does not currently sell or share personal information as defined above, there is no active sale or sharing to stop, but we will record and evaluate your instruction.
Verification and authorized agents
We may verify identity using information associated with the request. An authorized agent may submit a request when they provide appropriate proof of authority. We use verification information only for the request and security purposes.
No discrimination
Saunatica will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a California privacy right.
