This policy applies to information controlled by Swipe Solutions LLC dba Saunatica in connection with the medication website and related administrative services. The WLMD clinical platform, independent providers, and pharmacies may provide separate privacy notices for information they control.

- Enrollment, transaction, billing-status, and customer-support information.
- Communication preferences and records of email or SMS consent and opt-out requests.
- Device, browser, IP address, request, and security-log information generated when you use the website.
- Limited program or clinical-status information when needed to coordinate administrative support.
Clinical questionnaires and medical records are collected through the clinical platform and providers rather than through a public Saunatica webpage.

Saunatica does not sell protected health information and does not use protected health information for targeted advertising. Saunatica does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Email and SMS choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Reply STOP to opt out of automated SMS messages and HELP for help. Service communications necessary to fulfill a request may still be sent when legally permitted.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.
