Consent to messages
By providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you authorize Swipe Solutions LLC dba Saunatica and its service providers to send automated SMS messages to that number. Messages may include enrollment, appointment, account, service, support, and promotional communications consistent with the consent presented when you opt in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity, requests, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out of automated Saunatica SMS messages. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email support@saunaticarx.com.
After an opt-out, do not attempt to opt back in unless you want to resume messages. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting support through another available channel.
SignalWire and mobile carriers
Saunatica uses SignalWire as a messaging delivery provider. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier processing.
Privacy and sensitive information
SMS is not appropriate for detailed or urgent medical information. Use the secure clinical platform for clinical communications. Our Privacy Policy describes Saunatica’s information practices.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued participation after notice of a material change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
